What to expect:
Initial Consultation (90 minutes)
Your first appointment is a comprehensive Ayurvedic assessment. We'll review your health history, daily routines, current concerns, and constitutional makeup to identify patterns of balance and imbalance. You'll leave with personalized recommendations and a clear plan to begin supporting your health.
Follow-Up Consultations (15–20 minutes)
Follow-up visits provide an opportunity to review your progress, discuss any changes you've noticed, and refine your recommendations as your needs evolve. These shorter sessions help keep your plan practical, sustainable, and aligned with your goals.

Jenn Solomon
Jenn Solomon is an Ayurvedic Wellness Practitioner trained through the California College of Ayurveda, where she completed more than 650 hours of clinical and educational training in the classical principles of Ayurveda. Her work integrates traditional Ayurvedic assessment with a practical, individualized approach to support digestion, sleep, stress resilience, energy, hormonal balance, and overall well-being.
In addition to her Ayurvedic training, Jenn is an experienced yoga therapist, educator, and the owner of PC Yoga Collective. Her background in yoga therapy and mind-body practices allows her to view health through a holistic lens, recognizing the interconnected relationship between movement, daily habits, nervous system regulation, and overall well-being.
Jenn believes that no two people are alike. Every consultation begins with a thorough assessment of each client's unique constitution, current imbalances, health history, and goals. Recommendations are tailored to the individual and may include daily routines, seasonal practices, breathwork, and lifestyle modifications designed to restore balance and support long-term wellness.
Her goal is to help clients better understand their bodies and create sustainable habits that work with their natural constitution rather than against it.
