Since then, her practice has remained a constant throughout many life and career changes — and a few more cross-country moves. In her classes you can expect powerful yet approachable flows, meticulously crafted playlists, and a reminder not to take things too seriously. When not at the studio, you can find her somewhere outdoors with her dog Osho, perfecting her croissant recipe, or exploring new ways to play in the mountains and desert.
Kristin Cousins
The study and practice of Yoga has had a profound impact on Kristin’s life; it has prompted commitment and investment into the longevity of her physical body, an exploration into lesser visited corners of her consciousness, and ultimately created a mind she like to be in. Forever a student first, her goal is to provide classes she love to take - thoughtfully sequenced shapes, opportunities to flow in and out of comfort zones, space for contemplation, and beautiful music. Her number one priority is that everyone feels safe, liberated to move without judgment and empowered to try new things.
When she is not at PCYC (rare!) she am up in Tollgate Canyon with her partner and our impressive bevy of animals.
Leslie Hedman
Hi! I'm Leslie. My intent is to provide you with more clarity, energy, flexibility, peace, and strength through the practice of yoga.
I'm a California native, and I've been practicing yoga for over fifteen years. I've studied many forms of yoga (Iyengar, Bhakti, and Vinyasa Flow, to name a few), and through my study of yoga, my life has expanded in many beautiful ways with more abundance, awareness, and grace. I love to share these gifts of yoga through teaching others!
My classes are challenging and mindful Vinyasa Flow, usually set to music, with lots of focus on breath and alignment instruction. All levels, and all are welcome!
Sarah Sloan

Her classes are Midwest meets Mountain Town, incorporating long held poses traditional to Iyengar, EDM, and the word “ope”.

Jordan Parkerton-Gross
Jordan’s first yoga exposure was a gym class at her gigantic high school in Brooklyn, NY. Her 16-year-old self loved savasana. Returning back to yoga as an adult for the workout, she rediscovered savasana. Or actually, like a gateway drug, she went for the workout, and discovered the chill side of yoga: the amazing effects of movement, sound baths, meditation, breath work on her body and mind.
When not teaching yoga, Jordan is a licensed massage therapist who’s working towards full certifications in CranioSacral and lymph drainage therapy.

Her path later led her to the mental health field, and she now works full time as a community mental health therapist. Movement has always been medicine for Krysta, and teaching to bodies is a language she knows well. She’s endlessly curious about what it means to be human, starting with how we know and understand our bodies.
When she’s not working as a therapist, teaching or practicing, you’ll find her playing outside with her dogs in the mountains of Park City, and soaking up time at her cabin in the woods.
Jen Morse
Growing up in Northern California Jennifer was always involved in one team sport or another. Upon moving to Park City in her mid twenties, she grew to love all of the individual outdoor sports that Utah has to offer.
