Do you live with chronic, treatment resistant pain or stress?
Relief is possible.
What is chronic, treatment resistant pain or stress?
Stress and pain become chronic and treatment resistant when symptoms have lasted longer than three weeks and have not improved or have plateaued while actively participating in behavioral or talk therapy, medical or surgical interventions, and/or physical therapy. It is estimated that more than 1/3 of Americans are currently living with chronic, treatment resistant pain and/or stress.
Chronic pain and stress can manifest in many different ways including: auto-immune disorders, fibromyalgia, tension headaches, low back and neck pain, insomnia, anxiety, irritability or periods of depression, neuropathy, substance use or abuse, and high blood pressure- just to name a few. If you’re experiencing pain or stress that is affecting your everyday life, happiness, and well-being, you could be a candidate for Yoga Therapy.
