Do you live with chronic, treatment resistant pain or stress?

Relief is possible.

What is chronic, treatment resistant pain or stress?

Stress and pain become chronic and treatment resistant when symptoms have lasted longer than three weeks and have not improved or have plateaued while actively participating in behavioral or talk therapy, medical or surgical interventions, and/or physical therapy. It is estimated that more than 1/3 of Americans are currently living with chronic, treatment resistant pain and/or stress.

Chronic pain and stress can manifest in many different ways including: auto-immune disorders, fibromyalgia, tension headaches, low back and neck pain, insomnia, anxiety, irritability or periods of depression, neuropathy, substance use or abuse, and high blood pressure- just to name a few. If you’re experiencing pain or stress that is affecting your everyday life, happiness, and well-being, you could be a candidate for Yoga Therapy.

How can Yoga Therapy help?

Yoga Therapy is the specific and personal application of Yogic tools- postures, breath-work, meditation, and more- to address your individual needs and imbalances. Client Testimonials

  • Jenn is a one of a kind soul who I was referred to during a time in my life that was extremely traumatic, a time when I had no idea who or what I needed. I needed her and her support was unwavering. Through countless hours of one-on-one sessions and group classes, she introduced me to teachings that have altered my life in such a positive way that I don't know that words can justify the experience. Her ability to communicate to a person that has experienced complex trauma is impeccable. Her ability to adjust the teachings to accommodate any individual need in such a compassionate, loving way that many people that have not experienced complex trauma would recognize. Her innate ability to show acceptance for all humans and their experiences is truly unique. She created a safe space for me during a time in my life where I did not think that was possible. The extent of her knowledge in her field is remarkable. The tools that she offered will impact me for the rest of my life.
Jenn is the most genuine caring person that truly knows and lives the teachings she shares and anyone that gets to experience what I have with her will have the opportunity to be a better person because of her, I know that I am.

  • Over the past year and a half, Jenn has gone above and beyond to help me heal from the trauma surrounding a life threatening medical diagnosis. For the first few months, Jenn and I would meet weekly to go through how I was feeling mentally and physically. She would address specific and general symptoms . There was no "guide" or "plan"; she was flexible and would address whatever was bothering me each week with Yoga movements and meditation practices. I would then take what I learned at the studio and practice on my own until our next meeting. Outside of our weekly meetings, Jenn provided resources and connections to further assist in my healing. She is an incredibly knowledgeable and thoughtful teacher, mentor and friend.
It has been about six months now since my last formal meeting with Jenn. I now feel that I have the tools to heal on my own. I am feeling far better sooner than I ever thought and am incredibly grateful for Jenn and the PCYC community.

  • I started working with Jenn in March 2021. Jenn taught me about meditation, self love, self awareness, and the effects of trauma on the body. She has taught me how to truly heal. She has so much knowledge to share with others and has a great determination to do so. The skills she has taught me have changed the trajectory of my life.

Jenn Solomon via Tall Mountain Wellness is honored to partner with exceptional community-based organizations. These innovative collaborations enable her to maintain and strengthen relationships with impacted populations and offer them the support they need for ongoing success.
