FLOW

All the flow. None of the heat! Get your zen on with this hour long yoga flow class linking breath to movement for the ultimate moving meditation. Check out our teachers bios for info on class styles. No two teachers are alike, but all are amazing.

GENTLE

Gentle flow is a class for yogis of all levels. You can expect to move with great intention, learning proper alignment while focusing on the breath. Class will begin with mindfulness, breath, and stretching, progress to poses that stay low to the ground, cultivating focus and strength, then challenge yourself with standing and balance postures, with the ability to customize according to your body and needs. Yoga props and calming music will be present in class.

POWER FLOW

Even more power! Even more flow! In this 60 minute Vinyasa Class expect breath to movement flows, intermediate to advanced transitions, and a hell of a lot of fun! All the zen, all the fire, none of the heat.

MINDFUL STRETCH

This is a slower, simpler, 60 minute class using breath work and longer held stretches to ease the body into openness, melt tension, and gently recover after an active day.

MINDFUL YOGA

Relax, refresh and re-energize! Yoga is not just a physical practice; it’s also a journey of self-discovery and connection. In this multi-level class, you will develop a strong foundation, solid alignment and a deeper understanding of yoga and mindfulness.

YIN & MYOFASCIAL

Yin and myofascial release is a simple slow moving practice with profound benefits. In this practice expect to hold seated or reclined postures for an extended period of time (around 3-5 minutes). Props will be used to target specific areas of tension. Be ready to leave class feeling renewed as we will soothe our nervous systems and release through our connective tissue (fascia)- essential to body therapy.

PROP FLOW

Join us for this hour long active yoga flow class with props! Blocks, straps, bolsters, blankets, and chairs are all provided and utilized to increase your strength and deepen your mobility while minimizing injury.

RESTORATIVE

End your week right with this 75 minute Yin class. Engage your body in long held stretches designed to release tension and promote healing.

MOBILITY

Simply put, mobility is moving a joint through its full range of motion without pain, it’s our foundation of movement. This class focuses on strength and ability of the joint structure to allow you move with less pain, improve restrictions and limit tightness. Mobile bodies allow us to do the activities we love with greater strength, resiliency and longevity.

KUNDALINI

Kundalini Yoga is the ‘Yoga of Awareness,’ a profound yoga practice that will help you to awaken your spiritual energy, through a series of breath work, chanting and yoga poses. Get ready to release the false limitations of the body, mind and spirit. We welcome you to experience your true nature of awareness, oneness, wisdom, and empowerment.

Satsang. The practice of gathering in the company of good people. A community that holds you up, supports your journey, and reflects truth to one another. All are welcome. Donation based.

PERINATAL

Are you pregnant or a new mama?  Join Sara Hutchinson for an OMazing perinatal yoga practice of stillness, stretching, and relaxation.  Each week we will gently flow and acknowledge our changing body, heart and mind.  Together in community, we will practice love, joy and gratitude.  All yogis are welcome (including babies). No yoga experience needed.

YIN & RESTORATIVE

Pause, slown down, and re connect in this deeply restful practice. Increase mobility and work into your fascial network by surrendering into longer held yin postures. Relax your muscles and release stress and anxiety with restorative postures using props. Leave feeling renewed and reconnected with a sense of balance and ease. An essential practice to complement more active vinyasa practices as well as our busy life styles. Can’t wait to meet you on your mat.

YOGA LITTLES

Get the wiggles out, let the calm in! Yoga Littles is a form of traditional yoga that includes shapes, breathing, and mindfulness to increase strength, flexibility, coordination, and overall well-being for your youngster! Classes are designed to be fun and may include age-appropriate games, animal sounds, and creative names for poses. Yoga can help increase fine motor control, reduce stress and anxiety, improve focus and attention, and help to regulate emotions. Ages k-5th grade.

FLOW DOWN

Half warming flow and half stretching out all the stuff that gets kinked up in our modern mountain lives. A fun shake-it-out sunset powered down flow (with options to take up the intensity if you want) but with a good half of the class left for stretching out the hips and front line of body and getting mobility into the thoracic spine.

We’ll end each class drifting off to a leisurely final rest.
