Yoga: Move with Intention is a thoughtfully designed 10-week course that offers the space, structure, and guidance to move with clarity, breathe with attention, and reconnect with yourself. No heat, no mirrors. Just mindful awareness and growth.
Start where you are. Leave better than you started.
We’ll begin with the foundational elements—grounding, breath awareness, and simple shapes—and gradually progress into strength, alignment, opening, and rest. Guided meditation and contemplative yogic philosophy are integrated into every class.
This is yoga at its root: not performative, not fast-paced, not aesthetic. Instead, it’s an invitation to notice. To feel. To choose each movement, each breath, each moment with intention.
You’ll leave each class more present in your body, steadier in your mind, and more connected to your inner teacher.
