ERYT200®/RYT500®
Carol is a physical therapist and yoga teacher. She loves working with people and helping them to feel good in their bodies and happy in their whole being! Carol was initially drawn to hot yoga for the physical benefits and felt it helped balance the body after biking, hiking and skiing. Eventually she realized the greatest benefit of all was feeling more centered and peaceful after every practice. Carol completed Baron Baptiste Level I Teacher Training in 2011 and Level II in 2013, with the intention of helping people reach better health and well-being through yoga. She has also completed a 5 day teacher training with Seane Corn and multiple weekend workshops with Gina Caputo, Alexandria Crow, John Friend, Desi Springer, Bryan Kest, Anodea Judith, and Lara Heimann. In 2020, Carol participated in a 300 hr teacher training with Jessa Munion of Rocksteady Bodyworks called “Craft Your Calling” which was a powerful yoga leadership course. She now has an eRYT 200 status and a RYT 500 with Yoga Alliance. Carol has been teaching Power Vinyasa since 2011 and at this time very much incorporates her physical therapy background into a power style yoga practice with functional movement. She also loves teaching anatomy for Yoga Teacher Training programs! When she isn’t teaching or practicing yoga, Carol can be found out on one of the many trails Park City has to offer.
