Nourish the Felt Sense of Being
an introduction to Yogic Meditation
An 8-week journey into yogic dynamic stillness
Led by Jenn Solomon | Yoga Therapist + YTT Facilitator
This fall, step into a quieter kind of yoga.
Nourishing the Felt Sense of Being is a thoughtfully designed 8-week course that offers the space, structure, and guidance to settle into stillness, breathe with awareness, and connect with the quiet presence within.Steady practice and inner clarity.
Start where you are. Leave calmer than you started.
We begin with the foundations of meditation: settling the body, becoming aware of the breath, and gently focusing the mind. Over time, the practice expands into yogic philosophy, subtle awareness, and guided inquiries that invite deeper presence.
The progression is gradual and supportive, allowing time to become familiar with each practice before moving on. Breath awareness, concentration, and contemplative reflection weave together to create a steady and sustainable approach.
Each session offers space to notice, to feel, and to rest in quiet awareness. You will leave grounded in your body, clear in your mind, and connected to the stillness within.
