This spring, join us for a 20-hour training in body sensing as a direct path into practice. Learn to guide students beyond shape and into felt experience, using asana, breath, and awareness to refine perception. Grounded in the work of Jean Klein, Rupert Spira, and Richard Miller; and influenced by nondual teachings, this training builds the skill of teaching from sensation rather than form.
Hours:
Friday 2:30-8:30
Saturday 12-8
Sunday 10:30-4:30
Eligible for 20 hours continuing education through Yoga Alliance, or stackable for our 300 hour YTT.
