Study the mechanics of breath, foundational techniques, and the role of breath in regulating the nervous system, supporting focus, and deepening practice. Grounded, practical, and immediately applicable for both teaching and personal use.

Eligible for 10 hours of continuing education through Yoga Alliance, or stackable for our 300 hour YTT.
